Walter Benjamins Komet: Das Passagen-Werk

Walter Benjamin hinterließ bei seinem Tod ein unvollendetes, gewaltiges Manuskript - das Passagen-Werk. Auf über 1.000 Seiten versammelte Benjamin Materialien und Beobachtungen, die das 19. Jahrhundert charakterisieren. Könnte man heute eine solche Inventarliste für das 21. Jahrhundert wiederholen? Was wäre eine Hauptstadt des 21. Jahrhunderts? Stünde an der Stelle, wo einst das Eisen dominierte, heute das Silizium? Was ist im 20. und 21. Jahrhundert so anders?
